The Vaccar Ford Focus concept has been traveling abroad this year, both in digital and printed media, via it's recently published magazine features. Earlier this season, we shared it's victorious spread in Fast Ford magazine, of the United Kingdom – and now we proudly boast a fantastic full feature in publication, Tuning Magazin (www.tuning-magazin.hu), of Hungary.
The Vaccar Focus featured article, entitled “Fix Partner”, can be found in Tuning Magazin's 2015 Jan/Feb. edition (available online), and not only features a wide variety of Euro, Jap, and American custom and performance cars, but contains extensive 2014 SEMA Show and Essen event coverage! Behind the build: Aaron Vaccar, lead design of Vaccar Automotive Artistry, orchestrated this 2013 Ford Focus concept vehicle for Ford Motor Company at the 2012 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Originally dubbed the “Night Walker Focus”, it was themed to unleash the darker side of the all-new Ford Focus sedan - the side the craved raw power and speed. Teaming up with the forced-induction professionals at Street Lethal Performance, a one-off turbo kit was fabricator using SPA Turbo, Turbo XS, and Design Engineering products. Within view of the exterior, restyling and handling support comes by way of products and services from BASF, 3dCarbon, Canfield Collision & Customs, Privat Wheels, Toyo Tires, CEIKA, and KSport. Inside the vehicle, is a bespoke leather upholstery by Portage Trim, with Vaccar prototype bucket race seats – complete with matching leather trunk with relocated battery and Ny-Trex nitrous system on a billet brackets. Post SEMA debut, the Vaccar Focus traveled around the United States as an official demo vehicle on the 2013-14 AutoLife Tour at automotive events and car shows. With recent enthusiast and OE dealership excitement increasing, Vaccar is now considering to offer aftermarket product packages, as well as complete vehicles modeled after their concepts.

The Vaccar Ford Focus, “Night Walker”, concept was designed by our Vaccar Automotive Artistry team, which consists of our talented digital artists, fabricators, and project managers. It originally debuted at the 2012 SEMA Show in the Ford Motor Company booth. The Focus then went on to be a featured tour vehicle on a few select AutoLife Tour events in 2013. It was most noted for it's extreme turbo kit, and it's mix of race-meets-luxury themeing. Aaron Vaccar regarded the car's styling as something of his own person tastes for a subtle yet aggressive street car. Right now, you'll have to catch the full Fast Ford Magazine feature and photographs on select news in the United Kingdom, and select bookstores across America. We'll be doing a follow-up article on the car soon as well. Below, you'll find a handful of amazing aftermarket companies that we worked with on this specific project vehicle;
