If you've followed any number of Vaccar builds, then you've likely seen that we enjoy trying out new paint colors, finishes, and textures. It's not uncommon for people to 'touch and feel' our project vehicles at events, because they can't believe it's actually paint. In fact, we take it as a compliment when we overhear a person utter "it's vinyl" to their friends, as they rub their hands over the hood or trunk - only to be shocked when we chime in to say, "nope it's BASF sprayed by Canfield Collision!" Who's Canfield Collision? Short for Canfield Collision & Custom, they're the company who has painted each and everyone of our Vaccar-managed project vehicles. In the small town of Canfield, OH this small team creates big colors that produce even bigger reactions! Vaccar works hand-in-hand, coming up with wild ideas for possible finishes - but Canfield C&C is the team that figures out how to produce the actual chemical creation, and then lays it down.

It took 3 weeks, 40,000 bricks, and plenty of patience – it’s the LEGO version of the Ford GT that raced at the Le Mans 24 Hours. At 1/3 the size of the real thing, the LEGO version went on display at Circuit de la Sarthe, in France, on 18-19 June, alongside a model of the classic Ford GT40 – a reminder that it is 50 years since that car scored it's historic 1-2-3 at the legendary race track.
